Details

Stationed along course to ensure runners go the right direction
Use hand gestures to direct runners
Will wear either volunteer T shirt or yellow vest
Answer any runner questions
Ensure all runners look okay - Report back immediately if someone is not well

ADULTS ONLY
To stop traffic if possible / safely
Stop runners when dangerous situations present themselves

Assist at beginning and end of race
All volunteers to guide people to starting line at start of race
One person to give verbal instructions 5, 10, and 15 min ahead of race
One person to call out racers times as they cross the finish line
